Short lever is ok to go to tempo but long lever needs to be half time or parked.

Those weights are designed by Zumba but they stress at traning that movements with weights are to be controlled and slower than a regular Zumba class. Although the movements do appear jerky and over extended the choreo would be awesome without weights or try slowing down the movements. Just my thought from zin to zin:)

@christinahreha @Leahsawesomevideos I have to disagree with you. I do Toning with Jen almost every week and have never gotten injured in a class. Plus, these are not regular weights, or heavy weight, They are designed by the Zumba company for this specific purpose. The weights don’t get above 3 lbs and the only person I see that uses the 3 lb ones are the instructors. Most people use the 1-1.5 lb ones anyways.

I agree. This would be a great regular zumba routine, perfect and energetic for that. People will get hurt doing this with weights.

I don’t normally comment on videos but you really need to be careful! This is way too fast and has many jerky movements for weights. Sorry. Just my opinion. I don’t want people to get hurt!
